What's this about?

I have made a lot of keychains. They're fun, versatile, and make great gifts—but it's a lot more time-consuming and expensive than you may think to make just one.

And sometimes, you might not be able to find exactly the design that you want. Or, you might have a design that you think would love as a charm, but:

• You don't know where to start
• You only want one keychain, but the minimum order quantity is too high, and it's overall too expensive with shipping, duties, etc.
• The design you want either doesn't exist yet, or doesn't work as a keychain due to sizing, resolution, etc.

So I thought that it would be a great idea to help streamline the process, and create a little design-sharing club during it as well!

How this works

Process

1. Get your design: either commission me for one, or send one to me in the form at the end of this page.
   Please fill in the form as soon as possible either way to make sure your order makes it into this batch!
2. After making sure that all the details are complete, I will send you a PayPal invoice.

And that's it! I'll take care of the rest.

During the time that orders are collected (refer to the Timeline section for more details), new designs may pop up as they are ordered. These will all be collected into one spot on this page, allowing anyone to make extra orders for designs they might like before the batch closes. (And if you want your design to be private to you, you can simply check off that option in the form!)

Note: A batch can only proceed when it has received at least three keychain orders, whether that's from the same person or not. If there aren't enough, they will be moved to the next batch. You are free to edit or cancel your order as long as the collection period hasn't ended.

Pricing

Every keychain, assuming 2" clear acrylic (special effects like glitter, epoxy, and different sizes available), will cost $10. The cost of a design will depend on its specifications; please check out my commissions page for details.

So per keychain design, the costs are:

• The physical keychain itself: $10
• Multiple keychains for the same design OK!
• +$1 or -$1 for every inch above or below 2"
• Effects extra (depends on effect)
• Design fee: Commission price, or $0 if you already have a design

These are needed per-order, not per keychain:

• Production fee: $15 (covers local shipping and duties, as well as time spent verifying designs and specs with the manufacturer)
• Shipping fee: $7.5 - $14.55 (depends on location)

For an order with one keychain to the US for example, the total (design cost excluded) will be $32.5 ($10 + one-time fees). If you get three keychains, it will be $52.5 ($30 + one-time fees).

Timeline

Each month will be a new batch for gathering orders. Production will begin two weeks after that, with the following schedule:

• 1 month to gather custom orders
• 2 weeks to gather any extra orders on finished designs
• ~1.5 months for production and shipping to me
• 1-2 weeks to ship the keychains to you
• Total estimated time: 2 to 2.5 months before delivery

This is a somewhat lengthy process, but it's a hands-off one for you, and the end result will be worth it!
